Relaxed and informal discussion focusing on health and fitness goals, preferences, nutrition and overall lifestyle to create a tailored fitness plan that aligns with individual aspirations and promotes progress.

121 Personal Training Sessions - 1 Hour

Training sessions centre around client goals, injury prevention and attention to form technique. All sessions involve flexibility work, mobility, activation and teaching correct form.

8 x 121 Personal Training Sessions - 1 Hour per Session

Sessions can be used as wished by the client depending on availability. Over the 8 weeks we will work together to improve health, fitness and progression through each session.

8 x Small Group Sessions - 1 Hour per Session for 3-5 People

These classes are guarenteed indoor during inclement weather but also make use of both indoor and outdoor training space. Includes working towards collective group goals, a strength based progressive overload training structure with metabolic conditioning and core strengthening.

Bootcamp - 1 Hour for 10 People Max

Utilising the unique indoor and outdoor private space these bootcamps are all weather group sessions. A fun and friendly environment encouraging clients to support one another and benefit from a community of like-minded individuals. Not as scary as the name suggests but will still push you to try new things.

Nutrition Workshops - 60 to 90 Minutes

These workshops for 8 people are based around the importance of nourishing your body, fuelling your training and busting the myths over restrictive 'challenge' eating. Includes demonstrations and interactive hands-on activities and tastings.

Cold Water Therapy Sessions - 121 or Groups - 30 to 45 Minutes

Bloom now offers guided sea dips and also cold water dip tank sessions. Learn about the benefits of cold water therapy and breathing techniques in a safe and encouraging environment.
