Training sessions centre around client goals, injury prevention and attention to form technique. All sessions involve flexibility work, mobility, activation and teaching correct form.
Sessions can be used as wished by the client depending on availability. Over the 8 weeks we will work together to improve health, fitness and progression through each session.
These classes are guarenteed indoor during inclement weather but also make use of both indoor and outdoor training space. Includes working towards collective group goals, a strength based progressive overload training structure with metabolic conditioning and core strengthening.
Utilising the unique indoor and outdoor private space these bootcamps are all weather group sessions. A fun and friendly environment encouraging clients to support one another and benefit from a community of like-minded individuals.
